Five Promises, Without the Fine Print

Most pool horror stories are not about concrete. They are about a price that grew, a schedule that slipped, and a phone that stopped ringing. So we guarantee the parts of a build that actually go wrong.

Every promise below is a numbered clause in the agreement you sign. Pick one to read the actual language and what happens if we miss it.

Section 4 · Our Commitments

“You see every line before you sign, and you sign every change.”

4.1 Price. Schedule A lists every item in the work by brand, size, and quantity. The Contract Price changes only by a written Change Order, priced and signed by the Owner before that work begins. If excavation uncovers a condition no one could see at the site walk, Little Coconut notifies the Owner and agrees the cost in writing before proceeding.

4.2 Schedule. Little Coconut delivers a written milestone schedule before work begins and updates it in writing if weather, permitting, or inspections move a date.

4.3 Communication. At the close of each phase the Project Manager sends the Owner a photo update and confirms the next milestone.

4.4 Site Condition. The crew removes debris, secures tools and equipment, and leaves the work area safe at the end of every workday.

4.5 Inspections. Each phase is inspected and approved, by the county where required and by Little Coconut in every case, before the following phase begins.

Tell your project manager

Call or text the person running your build. A photo of the issue helps but is not required.

Step 02

We fix it, at our cost

If it is our workmanship, our schedule, or our site, we correct it. No debate about whose fault it is.

Step 03

You confirm

We send you photos of the finished fix. If it is still not right, we keep working on it until it is.

Guarantee Questions, Answered Straight

What is covered, what is not, and how to use it.

Can the price change during the build?

Only with your signature. Every item is listed on the agreement before we start, down to the brand and quantity. If you ask for a change, or the ground holds something no one could see at the site walk, like muck or a high water table, we stop, show you what we found, and agree the cost in writing before that work begins. You never get a bill for something you did not approve.

What happens if the schedule slips?

You get a written schedule at signing. If a phase moves because of weather or inspections, your project manager tells you before it happens, with the new date. We do not go quiet.

How often will I hear from you?

You hear from us at every phase, with photos. The same project manager stays with you for the whole build. You can also call on any business day and talk to a real person.

What does a clean jobsite mean in practice?

Debris hauled or contained, tools secured, and the work area left safe at the end of every day. Your neighbors should not know a pool is being built by looking at your driveway.

Is this the same as the warranty?

No. The guarantee covers how we run the build: price, schedule, communication, site, and inspections. The warranty covers the finished pool: structure, plumbing and electrical, and equipment, for set terms after completion.
