The shotcrete shell carries a limited lifetime structural warranty for as long as you own the home. Plumbing and electrical we install are covered for set terms against leaks and defects in workmanship. Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register for you, plus our installation warranty. Interior finish, tile, coping, and deck workmanship are covered for set terms.
