Crack and bond beam repairs we make to the shell are warranted against failure for as long as you own the home.Any line we replace or repair, pressure-tested before it is covered. Covers leaks in new pipe, fittings, and joints.New bonding, panel, and wiring inspected to code, plus one year of labor on new equipment. Pump, filter, heater, and automation carry manufacturer warranties on top.New plaster, quartz, or pebble finish against delamination, cracking, and defects, provided the 30-day startup is followed. Normal fading and staining are excluded.New waterline tile, coping, and paver or travertine deck against loosening, cracking, and settlement.
