Sometimes the right move is to take the pool out: it is failing, it does not fit how you live, or you want the space for something else. We handle the permit, demolition, fill, compaction, and grading. Call (941) 320-3878 to discuss removal or a replace-and-rebuild.
A partial removal breaks up the top of the shell, punches drainage holes, and backfills; it is faster and less expensive but is disclosed at resale. A full removal takes out the entire shell and leaves the land unrestricted for future building.
Permitted, engineered, and cleaned up.
Permit, underground utility location, and equipment removal, then demolition and hauling.
Engineered fill and compaction in lifts, then final grade and sod or sand.
Removal is priced by pool size, access, and full vs. partial method. If you are rebuilding, the demo is folded into the new pool agreement.
