What Myakka Homeowners Say

“

“We showed Little Coconut a rough sketch and a budget. Three weeks later we were looking at our own backyard in 3D, and the finished pool matches it.”

“

“The number on the agreement was the number we paid. Our project manager sent photos at every phase and the crew left the site clean every night.”

Myakka Pool Building Questions

Still have a question? Call us

Do you build new pools in Myakka?

Yes. Myakka is inside our core build area. We design in 3D, handle permits, assist with HOA approvals, and manage the build on site from excavation to startup.

Can you renovate an existing pool in Myakka?

Yes. Resurfacing, tile and coping, deck repair or replacement, equipment upgrades, spa additions, and full backyard remodels are all managed the same way as our new pools, by one project manager from start to finish.

How long does a pool build take in Myakka?

It depends on permitting, weather, and scope. You get a realistic schedule in writing at signing, and a pool build takes 12–14 weeks.
