The steel-reinforced shotcrete shell is warranted against structural failure for as long as you own the home. Transferable once to the next owner.All underground suction and return lines, pressure-tested and held before the shell is shot. Covers leaks in pipe, fittings, and joints.Bonding, panel, and wiring installed and inspected to code. Pump, filter, heater, and automation carry manufacturer warranties on top.Plaster, quartz, or pebble finish against delamination, cracking, and structural defects. Normal fading and staining are excluded.Waterline tile, coping stones, and paver or travertine deck against loosening, cracking, and settlement.
