Permitting, excavation, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, tile and coping, decking, equipment, interior finish, and startup, in that order. Each phase is inspected before the next begins, and you get a photo update when it passes.

Design → Agreement: 3D design, inclusive pricing with line-item upgrades, schedule, and permits.
Build → Swim: excavation through interior finish, each phase inspected, then startup and a walkthrough.
How long a build takes depends on permits, weather, and the size of the project. We give you a realistic schedule in writing when you sign. Every line is priced in the agreement, and nothing is added unless you approve it in writing.
