Like most websites, ours receives basic information from your browser: your device and browser type, the pages you visit, the website that sent you here, and the time of your visit.

We do not sell your mobile number, and we never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The companies that deliver our calls and texts handle your number only to do that for us.
To stop calls, just tell us on the phone or by text and we'll take you off our call list.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you use our online pool design tool, it has its own privacy policy, shown on that tool's pages. It explains what the tool collects and how your photos are used.
We keep your information as long as we need it for your project, for our business and tax records, and for any legal reason. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

If you ask us to delete your details, we may keep a note that you asked us not to contact you, so we keep honoring it.
Your information travels over encrypted connections and is stored with providers that protect it. Only our team, and the companies that run our tools for us, can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
