An acid wash removes a thin layer of plaster along with the stains embedded in it. Done correctly it restores color for years; done carelessly it shortens the finish’s life. We assess whether your surface is a candidate before recommending it. Call (941) 320-3878 for an honest look.
Acid washing suits plaster that is structurally sound but discolored. If the surface is already thin, rough, or flaking, an acid wash will make it worse and resurfacing is the right call. We will tell you which.
Fast, controlled, and neutralized properly.
Drain, then a diluted acid wash applied section by section and rinsed immediately.
Neutralize, pump out, refill, and rebalance the water before handing back.
Acid washing is priced by pool size. If we find the surface is too thin to wash, we will say so and quote resurfacing instead.
